WoW Get Onto Booty Bay Bell Tower

For what can this be used:
1.This can be used for killing enemy players without the Booty Bay guards to attack you.
2. Just for fun 
So the things you need:
Mount and riding skill for it :p
Some speed boost other that mount
Note:If you can activate the slowfall while on the mount you don’t need other speed boosts you just jump with Slowfall on and mount.
Some kind of Slowfall
I think that mage’s Slowfall will work fine.
Things I used:
40 level mount and riding skill for it :p
For speed boost I used Rogue’s skill Sprint Rank 2 - gives 60% speed boost for 15 seconds.
