Note:If you can activate the slowfall while on the mount you don’t need other speed boosts you just jump with Slowfall on and mount.
Some kind of Slowfall
I think that mage’s Slowfall will work fine.
For speed boost I used Rogue’s skill Sprint Rank 2 – gives 60% speed boost for 15 seconds.
